The Massage Center has been locally owned and operated in Lexington for 37 years, championing self-care and ethical, safe bodywork from the very beginning. We believe that great massage therapy starts with great therapists, which is why we actively encourage our LMTs to practice safe body mechanics, prioritize their own well-being, and bring their individual artistry to every session. Join our growing team in the heart of Downtown Lexington! Our beautiful spa features 14 massage rooms, 2 esthetician rooms, a light-filled yoga studio, and a boutique, all supported by a warm, bustling front office team that has your back. We are currently hiring for weekend shifts, with the opportunity to add weekday and weeknight hours as well.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional bodywork across a variety of modalities
Building lasting, meaningful relationships with your clients, the kind that keep them coming back
Creating personalized treatment plans that help clients feel their absolute best
Offering additional services as needed, facial work, cupping, hot stones, salt scrubs & more
Partnering with our Spa Coordinators to keep your schedule flowing smoothly
What we're looking for:
Valid Kentucky State Massage License
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience with a hunger to keep learning and growing
Proficiency across a variety of modalities, deep tissue experience is a big plus
Liability insurance coverage
