The Massage Center in Historic Dudley Square is looking for passionate LMTs to join our exceptional team of Therapists! We are looking for Therapists who would like to supplement their life with 5-2o massages per week during evening and weekend hours. Some weekday shifts may be available.

Performance-based commission is evaluated every 90 days for your first year to earn higher commissions as repeat clientele is rewarded. We also offer an in house mentoring program on Body Mechanics for longevity of your career, soft skills to enhance your communication and satisfaction of your clients, and exceptional front desk support.

You would be a good fit for us if you hold yourself to high professional standards, offer a wide variety of modalities (especially Deep Tissue!), and are aligned with co creating meaningful relationships with coworkers and clients through mindful and skilled bodywork.

We expect you to bring a positive, professional attitude and a desire to help people. Massage Therapist experience is highly regarded but not necessary if you are talented and passionate. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Must possess current KY State License for Massage

• Must have current personal Liability Insurance

• Must be able to reliably commute to downtown Lexington
